Xiongsu Corepart is a high quality, light weight and high strength prefabricated sandwich panel.The panel comprises of 4.5mm/6mm thick fiber cement board facing with a core which is lightweight concrete mix of Portland cement, expanded polystyrene, bead aggregates and admixture. Corepart is designed for non bearing partition applications. The panel is 100% asbestos free.Light weight but strong, increase usable area, easy to install, weatherproof, non-combustible, good acoustic performance, heat insulation and prevention, resistance to seismic movement, low wastage, recyclable, and environmental friendly, these are all its specific properties.

【About Corepart】

Corepart is a dry trade wall system, construction speed is 10 times faster than traditional block wall, providing a smooth surface to receive skim coat. When tightly joined together, the panels maintain an excellent integrity of the partition, making its impact strength 1.5 time stronger than that of block wall. The panels have no caracks and can be nailed and hooked and embedded with services. It now has been considered as an ideal choice to replace the traditional block wall.

Wall height at range of 3M-6.5M, use 75mm or above thickness Corepart panel. Wall height over 6.5M and wall span over 6M, extra steel structure is needed to strengthen the wall.
